(1) If the Government of Nepal feels that any development plan or development work to be implemented by the Committee can be implemented more smoothly by the Government of Nepal or that its work has been completed, the Government of Nepal may dissolve the Committee by informed order.

(2) In case of dissolution of the committee, (a) all the rights of the committee shall belong to the government of Nepal.
